On 2 July, the befriended historian Norbert Woźniak delivered a workshop in Przystanek Historia Centrum Edukacyjne IPN im. Janusza Kurtyki [Institute of National Remembrance]. Young people watched the documentary “Kwatera Ł” [Sector L]. The film depicts young archaeologists and volunteers who study secret burial places at the wall of a military cemetery in Warsaw where the victims of public security authorities between 1945 and 1956 were secretly buried in nameless graves. The follow-up discussion included topics as the limits of democracy, the type of the most effective way of change. The central questions was: What is the value of post-war resistance towards the communist regime, the price of freedom – in the aspect of a documentary film by Arkadiusz Gołębiewski.
